Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimate shapewear) may be non-returnable

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size adjustments only.

If your piece doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll gladly help you find your perfect fit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as CURVEYA is not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale items
